The overall aim of No Limits is to improve the lives of young adults, with severe learning disabilities, to broaden their horizons, develop new skills, to feel less isolated and to lead healthy and fulfilling lives.

The project delivers this by developing new activities and accessing existing social and recreational activities, at the weekends and in the evenings, within our community. Like all young people, our target group need to spend time with their own age group taking part in a range of activities, something that other youngsters take for granted but ours can only undertake with appropriate support.

Find us on facebook

No Limits is now on Facebook, just follow this link.
It is a great way for young people to keep in touch.

We would like to encourage feedback from service users, parents and carers. We would like to hear what you have particularly liked, what you did not like, and what you would like to see in the future. Please fill in a No Limits feedback form to have your say.

You can of course communicate directly with us via email: No Limits <nolimits@kangaroos.org.uk>

As part of the No Limits project there is a Youth Forum on which some of the young people will sit together with some young volunteers/staff to support them in their choices. The Youth Forum will meet quarterly to discuss and decide the programme of activities for the next three months which the Youth Development Officers will then organise paying full attention to the needs and limitations of the young people involved. The young people will sit on the Youth Forum on a rota basis, and any not involved at the time will still have the opportunity to have their needs, requests or ideas represented at the forum.
